How should we survive 2012?

If people think the world if going to end, shouldn't we prepare for it?
I've heard of something Called Vaults. I guess my friend told me that Vaults are enormous underground shelters that shield anything from the outside. It sounds like a Great idea. Do you think the Government should Test people in Vaults? If it is a success they should start making them. Don't you think?

<div class="content">The vaults are reserved for the elite, do you really think they would waste vault room on you...a nobody...or me....a nobody, of course not. The truth of the matter is, if something big does happen in 2012, it will be everyone for themselves, the government will not help you survive, they just wouldnt be able to help that many people, so why even try. Also, why would you think a vault can withstand the forces of mother nature, it could so easily rip it apart, a vault could just as well be a grave. They have made them, they have several, but again, they arent for you, or me, or anybody on yahoo answers, they are for the scientists, the powerfull, the government officials, etc etc. Look into iron mountain, the seed vault, there are some in new mexico too, dont know what they are called though. You dont need a vault to survive, you just need a brain and some supplies, and some balls.</div></div>

<div class="content">Ok, follow me on this:

Either the 2012 doomsday is a reality and we're all going to die!, or it's a utter and complete hoax (which is my personal opinion, by the way), or it's somewhere in between.

It its a reality, then no 'Vault' or shelter anywhere is going to protect you. The consequences of some of the predicted events would be reducing the surface of the earth to a completely molten state for quite a while.

It its somewhere in between those two, then how are you going to decide which set of 2012 proponents you are going to believe? Some of them have Planet X / Nibiru simply sailing through the inner solar system wreaking havoc and destruction, and some of them have "Knowing" type solar flares wiping out all life on earth.

Personally, I'd go with the people who have evidence. Right now that does *not* include any set of the current crop of 2012 proponents. None of them have a shred of evidence for their predicted scenarios.

Right now, the only people who have the evidence on their side are the skeptics of the 2012 movement.</div></div>
