how to survive 2012 – "I Struggle Everyday to Survive" He Said, Awaiting My Emotional Empathy

November 25th, 2009 by admin

When humans are born they pass through the birth canal and their stress level is at possibly the highest it will be during their life time, it’s true. So, life begins at as a struggle and if you are wise, you’ll get used to it and meet the challenge, if not you will succumb and fail or die. It’s no different for an animal in the wild either; it’s just part of life you see.

Not long ago, an acquaintance made a statement to me; “I Struggle Everyday to Survive” He Said, as he awaited my Emotional Empathy. He was referring to his quality of life and standard of living in his early retirement. Imagine his reaction when I gave no empathy, but rather stated; “Well, so did your ancestors all the way back, so do all species living on the surface of the planet here.”

In many regards this gentleman has a good lifestyle; he has 350-channels of TV, a pension paycheck, a nice wife and a home in a rural town. He is on a fixed income and has to be careful of his expenditures, but retired early out of his own choice. Today, he is looking for the government to give him a boost in various expenses like medicine for instance and better paying jobs for his two 20′ish sons.

Survival is a term he uses, but he uses it unfairly, as there really are people starving in Africa, India, and China. Still, he wants more from the government and spends a considerable amount of time complaining to anyone who will listen. But if he contacts you, please tell him to go get a job and stop demanding more free stuff from the government, because I already pay enough in taxes.
